Felix Hess

Felix Hess worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for eighteen years. During most of this period, he was a consultant for companies from the energy and plant engineering sectors. In his last position at Roland Berger, he was the senior partner responsible for the entire segment of strategic consulting for the industrial sector.

As a member of the Management Board of NAWARO® BioEnergie AG, Felix Hess, who is an engineer, is responsible for operative management and also serves as Managing Director of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH and the two operating companies of the BioEnergy Park »Klarsee«.

Dr. Carsten Herbes

Member of the Managing Board of NAWARO® BioEnergie AG and Head of Research & Development.

Dr. Carsten Herbes trained as an industrial clerk and holds a doctoral degree in business administration. At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, he advised clients in the capital goods sector for more than eight years. His focus was on advising international companies, especially in Japan and Europe. Dr. Carsten Herbes holds lectures at several universities.

Dr. Jochen Tilger

Director of NAWARO® BioEnergie AG and Managing Director of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH.

Jochen Tilger holds a doctoral degree in engineering. He worked for a number of years in the Competence Center Engineered Products, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. His latest position before coming to NAWARO was as a member of the Management Board of Lurgi Lentjes N. A., Inc., Columbia, a plant engineering and construction company and a member of the GEA Group.

Dr. Eckhard Pratsch

Director of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH

Dr. rer. Pol. Eckhard Pratsch holds a degree in law [Diplom-Rechtswissenschaftler] and a doctorate in business administration. Prior to 1989, he worked in various functions in the construction industry, in both the public and private sector. Dr. Eckhard Pratsch served as mayor of the city of Halle in 1989/1990 and has since worked as an independent project manager, consultant, and businessman in the construction and real estate industry.

Lili Aïche

Lili Aïche is a fully-qualified lawyer. Mrs. Aïche has been working at NAWARO® BioEnergie AG since 2005. During the first two years, she already dealt with many aspects of the NAWARO® group's contract management as part of her diverse tasks as Assistant to the Board of Directors.

Bernd Peters

Bernd Peters is an experienced farmer and agronomist (Dipl.-Ing). Up until he joined NAWARO® BioEnergie AG in 2009, he spent 14 years at the NORD/LB in charge of agricultural and corporate accounts in e.g. Saxony, Brandenburg and Thuringia. In 2000 he assumed the position of managing partner in the field of renewable energy sources. Through his agricultural and forestry operation he remains firmly rooted in the rural realm.
