Felix Hess
Member of the Board, NAWARO® BioEnergie AG
Felix Hess, engineer and economist, had more than 18 years of experience at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, primarily in consulting with companies in the construction and energy sectors. Most recently he was responsible as senior partner for the entire industrial segment of strategic consulting.
Together with Balthasar Schramm (now a member of the Supervisory Board), Felix Hess founded NAWARO® BioEnergie AG in February 2005.

Dr Jochen Tilger
Director, NAWARO® BioEnergie AG
Managing Director, NAWARO® Engineering GmbH
Jochen Tilger has a doctoral degree in engineering. After several years in the Engineered Products Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, he served as a member of the Executive Board of Lurgi Lentjes N.A., Inc., Columbia, an investment firm owned by the GEA Group.
Dr Tilger is Managing Director of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH, which manages the project design and development of bioenergy plants.

Dr Eckhard Pratsch
Director, NAWARO® Engineering GmbH
Head of Site Development - Signatory of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH
Dr Eckhard Pratsch has a law degree and a doctorate in business administration. Until 1989 he worked in various positions in the construction industry in both the public and private sectors. Dr Pratsch was mayor of the city of Halle in 1989/1990. Until 2006 he acted as an independent entrepreneur in the real estate industry and as a project manager.
As Director of NAWARO® Engineering GmbH, he is responsible for the site development and agricultural co-ordination of bioenergy plants.

Lili Aïche
Director, NAWARO® BioEnergie AG
Lili Aïche is a fully qualified lawyer. Ms Aïche has been working for NAWARO® BioEnergie AG since 2005 and is in charge of contract management and other legal issues. Lili Aïche began her career with NAWARO as Assistant to the CEO and became Director of Contract Management in 2008.

Burkhard Heidler
Director, NAWARO® BioEnergie AG
Burkhard Heidler, an electrical engineer, has worked for more than 25 years in the production and management of biogas. He is site manager of our Güstrow and Penkun plants as well as Director of Production at NAWARO® BioEnergie AG.
